'99 9-3 SE Turbo 5 spd HP?

I recently replaced my '92 9000 Turbo with a '99 SE 5 spd. After going through a ton of articles, I am still confused about the HP that I supposedly have. Some articles state that '99 9-3 SE 5 spd'd had the HOT engine all year (200HP), one article states that first half of '99, they put in 185 HP and then changed to the HOT later. The fact is that my '92 9000 Turbo felt faster off the line, but my new 9-3 is a nice little rocket - especially after 3500 RPM...

Any hints? - will VIN tell me for sure?

PS - just ordered the SAS rear anti sway bar and a K&N filter - can't wait - I feel the need for a little tweaked performance....
