I think there is not much difference in city driving but I still think the power seat, automatic climate control, and the side skirts worth the money. If you are thinking about gas, I can tell you I have a base but I ended up putting 93 gas into it because I noticed the difference. The power seat is much better than the manual one and more easier and quicker to be adjusted. Also the stereo is "less unacceptable" in a SE.
