Two sirens replaced and still alarm going off

I have had my 99 9-3's siren replaced twice in the last month. It started with random alarms going off in the middle of the night. When I checked the CID there was nothing displayed. The dealer replace the siren and it stayed quiet for the first night and did it again.

The dealer ordered a new siren and it took about a week to come in. They installed it and that evening the alarm started to go off again. Usually two times a evening/night. Again the CID said nothing.

The dealer now wants to change for extended diagnostics to locate the problem even though the problem started before the 50,000 mile warranty ran out last month.

What are my options here without spending a fortune.
