Two rattles have popped up at 13k miles.

First, the wierd one. It seems that when I go over a bump with the ACC fan on low (the the first few notches) and the car has been operating for a while, the fan motor will start to squeal with what seems to be the gyration of motor. Originally, I thought the rattle was something really loose in the door. Sometimes it damps out, other times it won't go away even after cycling the power to the ACC. If you increase the fan speed significantly or shut the system off, the sound goes away. So, how hard is it to get at the fan and could it be a loose mounting or, more realistically, a bad motor? If I have this taken car of under warranty, could it be 'meatfisted' and cause more noises in the dash?

Second, unkown source, when going over a medium hard (just-not-enough-to-cause-cowl-shake) bump with the top up and the windows are up, there is a rattle from the passenger side rear window area. It seems to come from the directly behind the interior panel. This one is strange. What could be loose back there and are there any traps to pulling the interior panel off to find it?
