Steering issues.

I put 17x7 inch wheels on recently and stupidly put on Kumho 205s instead of 215s, but the mechanic at SAAB said it should be fine. I realized that the steering was strange as soon as I drove out of the servicing place but didnt have time to go back. The car would pull to one side but the side would change depending on the road I assume. I noticed that steering improved a little when the tires were warm. Then, I hit a water-filled monster of a pothole under braking on an off-ramp in NYC and put a little dent in one of the lips of the rims. I think that made the steering a little stranger. I am in the UK now for the summer and have my car at my girlfriends house. From what I have described, can anyone give me an idea of what the problem is here? Is it the alignment, the tires, the dented rim, or all three. Is it unsafe to drive the car? Thanks,
