Do a search for shocks/struts install. I remember Dean posted a "How To" on this. Changing the shokcs and struts would involve the same as the springs. Also, in my case, I decided to have a mechanic install mine. Labor charges at some places here in Germany can be quite reasonable. I only got charged 220 Euro to install springs and recheck the alignment.
