I'm breaking in my 9-3 SE (3000 miles so far), and it averages 26-28 MPG on highway (averaging 68-80mph). On city driving (mostly 30-35, stop and go), I get ~20-22 MPG. I can get 32-33 MPG IF I can stay at 50-55 MPH (not possible with this thottle-happy car.. ;-) (My car is automatic, use premium gas).

What I do notice is that your MPG for your Acura Integra is very low too, which leads me to think that you're not a very efficient driver. Do you you change speed, accelerate often? I find that if I'm driving in congested highways, my speed can drop to 21-22 as I have to accelerate hard to keep up with the car in front of me to 60 MPH, then brake quickly after a minute to almost 5 MPH. (repeat for an hour or more... and you get 401 traffic in Toronto)
