tires losing air can come from only (3) possible sources:
1). valve core which is part of the valve stem after removing the valve cap.
2). nail (due to the flexing nature of radial tires nails that are too close to the edge of the tire patch cannot be patched.
3). bad seal between the tire bead and the rim which can be caused either by excessive dirt or rust on the rim surface or the tire bead is torn.
If you have a big enough tub take off the tires, fill up to 40psi and submerge the tire to see where the bubbles are coming from.
