Do a search for previous posts, there's lots of stuff on this. The only place to get the body kit is from the dealer. These are the prices I got from the dealership. It's kinda high, and you've still got to get them painted.

Viggen bumper cover $775.50 (cheaper than standard 9-3!)
Side skirts $470.80 X 2 = $941.60
Covers for skirt corners $55.32 X 2 = $110.64
Spoiler $723

Also Abbott Racing has their own version of the front bumper cover and side skirts. And now saabcatalog.com has a trim kit available for the convertible and coupe (no sedan yet) for $700 and change.
