Do you really what a car that has a 10 year-old chassis? (Someone correct me if that is wrong, but I think I have it right) I have an '01, and while I love it, if I were in the market today there is no way you could get me to buy an '02. The old 9-3s aren't nearly as stiff, and as a consequence they rattle, shake, and quite frankly handle rough roads poorly. You get knocked around and you are sure something is going to fall off.
Go for the '03... it's safer, looks better (I know, personal preference), has much newer and better technology, rides better... and best of all, you won't be purchasing something that is already dated.
