Yea, those BBS wheels are very nice. I don't have any experience with the Michelin Pilot HX, but have always had a good experience with all my other Michelin tires (Pilot Sport Cups for racing, and Pilot Alpins for snow).
I would think the 225 would fit fine since they fit on my Viggen (which is lower) without any rubbing if they somewhat match the offset of the Viggen.

I bet if you talk to Nick(?) at Taliaferro Saab, he'd know if they will work.
