Hi, I just got my 99 9-3SE HOT today. Great car, rides well.

I am seeing something wierd in the boost.
In second gear the car will start to accelerate hard, but as soon as the boost gage gets close to the red ( around 3000 to 3500 rpm) the boost quickly drops back to the 12:00 position. The next time I try to accelerate hard, it does the same thing. Is this the overboost protection I have read about?
How do you fix this? Replace the ECU? I have 4 months of warranty left. Guess I'm off to the dealer?

Also, is the driver's seat back supposed to adjust to a vertical position? The most I can get it to is a some what comfortable recline. It will move back further OK, but not come up (sounds like the motor starts to struggle).

Any insight is appreciated.
