The car corners much flatter and the rear end feels more stable/planted. I find myself going significantly faster around turns. No noticable decrease in ride quality ('01 SE Convertible). This is the only modification I have.
I used grade 8 hardware with lock nuts instead of the supplied grade 5. Cost about $2. I painted mine, it is zinc chromated from SAS but figured I'd use up the black paint I had in the garage anyway.
