I just had my 2002 9-3 in for its 10,000 mile service at Performance Saab in Houston When the car was ready I was given a bill. I told casher tha i should be under the No Charge Maint program. She sent me over to the service writer who told me I was not after looking it up on the computer.
I went to my car pulled out the info on it in the owners manual and they told me no. I then came home and looked at the delivery paper work as I remimberd the sales man and the owner of the dealership both telling me this was a great thing that Saab waas providing me with 3 years 30,000 miles worth of schedualed service and oil changes along with a 4 year waranty. Sure enough it was in the Presintation ofand explination of new car documents that they went over with me and had me sign. Of course the sales man is not their and the owner of the dealershiop wont call me back and Saab says I must talk to them. When I bought the car the dealership was about a month old and operationg out of a mobile building with no service department and I was the first sale for the salesman. Any had this problem before?
