At 70K miles, I finally had to do the belt tensioner (preventative) and brakes. It had some squeaks and rattles which I solved in my first year of ownership and have not come back.
This was our first Saab. We liked it so much we just bought a 9-5 Aero too. Much nicer than the 9-3 IMHO but I like them both. I drive the 9-3.
I just remembered one more thing that happened. The heater/AC fan was squealing. They lubed it up 2yrs ago and it's been fine.
