It is the knob in the back.

I had to replace one of my fog lights last year, and I kept the old one "just in case".........ok, I'm a packrat.

The glass/frame unit is fixed in place. It is bolted solid to the vehicle mount points and does not move. It is the reflector/lamp unit that moves in the frame.

Looking at the back of it now (a right-side light), there is a hex knob on the lower edge and to the left-of-centre of the lamp/reflector unit. Turning it anti-clockwise tips the lamp/reflector unit down. Clockwise is up.

The lens/reflector unit pivots about 2 pins on the sides of the reflector unit. So you can judge the tilt of the unit by the space at the top and bottom of the reflector relative to the black frame. (...but maybe you can't see it when installed....maybe feel.....)

It is 15 turns from full up to full down. The bolt will keep turning more, but after 15 it has come out of the nut and is just spinning free. (You might have to "lean on it" to get it to grab going back in.)

I would suggest turning it full in (clockwise) and checking the aim. (Shine on a wall 20' away.) Then try 12 turns out and recheck. (to see if the screw does anything for you. ) then fine tune....

Expensive things these lights are......
