I respectfully disagree. In my opinion, the sum of a cars parts should reflect those who designed it for it to retain its true character. I think it is very important for Saab to retain most of its parts from Scandinavian origin. If the cars start using Subaru engines and drivetrains they are really not Saabs.I think it is a classic case of something great being ruined by corporate bean counters. Think of all the times this has happened.

I can live with the platform sharing and the saturn engine block but I think it has reached its limit.
