Another lease/GM Supplier discount question! (long)

Over the last month or so I've asked a couple of questions on this topic, and queried through old posts, and am just about ready to take the plunge....but one last question (ok, maybe more than one!)....Is the residual value of the car based on the MSRP regardless of my lease price? The Blackbook residual value on a 48 month lease is 38%, or about $16.5k on a $42.8k car.
For a 9-3 conv., the GM Supplier discount is basically the invoice price, plus an additional lease discount of $3000.... with the current lease rate (I believe I read it's about 0.00066) and the $3500 downpayment, then assuming my payment is the difference between the residual and (Inv. - 3k - 3.5k), I come up with a payment of roughly $340/mo.....sound about right?
Thanks so much....by the way - has anyone had good/bad luck with MA area dealers and the GM supplier discount? I understand it's sort of based upon dealer participation.
Thanks again!
