RE:the grease:
I think that Taliaferro suggested the use on the rubber boots only of the DI cassette.
Since I've never seen the DI cassette from underneath, I assume that the part the dielectric grease covers is the rubber boots that cap the plugs.
It would certainly not be wise to use dielectric grease on the spark plug threads as we need good electrical contact between threads and engine head and of course electrical insulation is what the dielectric is all about.
I've used molybdenum antisieze (a tiny brush dab on the midlevel threads of my plugs for the past 45 years.) I assumed it worked by being a sacrificial metal to prevent electrolytic fusion . I can still remember the miserable broken plug that started me using it. Plugs sure are much easier to get out since using it.
Interesting about antisieze maybe causing torque requirements to not be valid. Any negative data to support that?
