Hello
If its the DI, than its normal. The CPU causes the spark plugs to fire off a few sparks (about 5 seconds) after turning off the engine to prevent fouling.
If its not from the DI, than it could be a relay or some other electronic component.
You said the lights are on...it could be that. I think a lot of the relays and such are on that particular side. Turn off your lights (if you can, disable the DRLs) and see if it goes away. It also might have something to do with the key being on the "on" position.
I wouldn't worry about it.
