6ES11's for plugs? check the gaps and set to .035"
You have good fuel, but run a bottle of techron conentrate anyways. This will eliminate injector fouling or combustion chamber deposits from consideration.
What are your miles? You DI could be flakey. Borrow/swap with someone and note any differences.
Check for a bad BPV or bad turbo hoses. You can check the BPV operation quite easily.
You should hit the start of the red in 3,4,5th gears. The new BPC may be working but could still be bad. I would do the things I suggested, then press the dealer for another PBC to try out, perhaps out of a used vehicle that runs well. If it is the BPC, get it replaced under the part's warrantee.
