The first was in 1967 when I received a 1967 96 V4 in Frankfurt, GE upon arrival from Vietnam. The second was a 1968 99. It was one of those not released to the general public (chassis number 6334). The German manager from Saab had just come back from a cruise where Saab showed them the car in glossy photos. I saw them and fell in love. I practically ordered the car right then. The 96 was just over $1,600 and the 99 just about $1,800. I hope that the stereo situation gets better for you. The Saab fiber optics are a boon but I'm sure a headache for those used to doing there own work. Have fun with the car.
