1. They saved the company from extinction in 1988.
2. They've injected a good portion of $3 billion to support the company and it's losses.
3. They bankrolled the 1999-2002 9-3 hatchback and the 9-5, both two of the best Saabs ever produced.
4. They bankrolled the production of the 9-3SS. Despite the fact that I don't like the loss of the hatchback, the sales numbers set a Q1 sales record for Saab's 47 year US sales history...
I think what you meant to ask was, Do you think Saab ruined GM and the asnwer is probably yes, YOU think the new models aren't like the old models and hence Saab is "ruined". It's the same old same old that we heard when the Sonett was introduced with a Ford V4 engine or the first hatchback was produced or what the 99 owners said when the Classic 900 showed up or the Classic 900 owners said when the 9000 showed up are what they both said when the NG900 showed up etc etc etc.
