The ride of the Conti-Extreme is wonderfully predictable. Firm sidewalls make cornering a dream, especially under full power. This morning's drive was especially delicious, and I was fully able to push my car beyond the limits that the P6000 could achieve. (without any tire noise!)

It's a wonder why Saab, in its infinite knowledge, would put a tire like the P6000 on the 9/3. The new P6 OEM replacements are certainly are not cheap to replace. The Continentals on the other hand may be the least expensive ultra high performance tire on the market, they out-corner, and stick to the road on acceleration both in the wet and the dry. I looked at every tire on the market here in New Jersey, including the Nokkians and the Vreedsteins (my winter tire manufacturer). Hats off to you Continental and TIRE RACK for giving me the research that I crave!!
