Thhe sensor is situated inside the bumper, just behind the front number plate. It is easy to replace, but you might want to take it to a SAAB garage in order for them to get the part in the first place.
Don't let them try to repair your ACC, before they have changed the temp sensor! I know of at least one person on another board who got fleeced that way, and wasted a lot of time and money before the dealer owned up to their mistake.
