I just asked the same thing...
PFR6H platinum plugs last longer, but not 6x longer to justify the cost.
BCPR6ES copper plugs have to be replaced more often, that's easy since I do it myself. If you can't replace your own spark plugs, then make up your own choice based on labor costs...
But the engine control system uses the plugs to detect knocking. People say copper is OK, just gap & change them more often. I wanted to make sure this was still true for T-7 cars. Apparently it's OK. I'm gonna get copper plugs, so I'll know after another 10k miles...
