I agree - don't skip the coolant or the brake fluid. Coolant loses its anti-corrosion properties, and you can't measure that by specific gravity. Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air & this make it corrosive. When the brake fluid rots away the insides of your brake system, that's more important than the lower boiling point.
But the very same thing happens to a Chevy Cadavalier or an '85 Civic. There's absolutely nothing magic about a Saab as far as those things are concerned. Except maybe the cost of parts if you wait too long...
