Okay here's the story and I'm looking for some guidance...
March 26,2003
I had 03'9-3SS in shop with front strut noises..they claimed to fix it by repositioning the struts. Two weeks later the noise came back so I called them and scheduled my car in for the next week. I then got a call from the dealer and they said "well don't bring the car in to be fixed because we don't know how to fix it, and we'll call you when we figure it out." So I waited 2 weeks and called them back and they said that they had to speak with Sweden and find out the problem and that they would call me the next day. So I get that call and they said they'd order the parts and have them express shipped and that it would be no more than 2 weeks. Well as you might have guessed the two weeks was up last week so I called Saab USA to find out if they could get my car fixed. Well I have gotten the same response from them. I spoke to a woman on Tuesday(June 24th) and she said that my parts would be in Thursday or Friday and she would call me Friday to check in. Well no word from her...is there anyone that I can call to get my freaking car fixed????? I am fed up with paying full price for a car that is riding like an 82' broken down Puegot. Any help would be appreciated. I think I've been quite patient with them and I feel like I'm not getting anything in return from them. It's rather disappointing.
Thanks in advance...
