At those temps you may have created condensation on the ducts. Dry that up and then use sane temp settings and watch for more problems. If it happens that way, then you may have a blocked condensate drain. The drain is a rubber horn, blow the steering rack and above the two heater core hoses. That rubber horn can be pulled off and the opening ecplored with a wire to snag and remove accumulated stuff like cat hair. If not this, perhaps a problem with the air box itself.
