I used to have a StarTac professional-install handsfree kit in my NG900, which has essentially the same connections as yours. The car's wiring only supplies power, light dimming, and a mute wire for the stereo. Since the wires are so general, any brand will work fine. The 1999 9-3 doesn't have a microphone you can use, and it won't let you run the audio through the speakers. All professional kits should come with a small speaker and a microphone, though. I mounted the speaker under the glove compartment, and the microphone under the cigarette lighter (which wasn't the best place). For modern phones, order the small cell phone mount from the Saab Catalog. It looks great, and mounts without drilling any holes.
