here's what I got from my invoice at dealer when did the tech II:
"Customer requests to have the door locks and the trunk when the key is removed from the ignition
tried common adjust w/ key out only d/s(driver side)door unlocks. tried adjust under diff components, no good. called tech hotline hard time getting through. was told to sps & add. did that & made common adjust still only d/s door unlocks w/keyout. tried one last gasp, went back into BCM & under c-lock prgm'd key unlock button all doors. made common adj, now all 4 doors & trunk unlock w/ key out."

This made all doors unlock w/ key out and all doors lock upon drive off.
