The problem with using the factory power wiring is that it isn't very big. Any really powerful two-channel, or most any four-channel amp needs larger gauge wiring, but if you don't turn the volume way up, you should be fine. When you go to hook up a second amp, you might want to run at least 8 gauge wire from the battery. If you look in the engine compartment, there are actually a couple of rubber grommets that go through the firewall. One already has a lot of wires in it, and is sealed shut with electrical tape and a nylon cable tie. This is the one I used, since I could see where the wires came out under the dashboard. You can poke a coat hanger through one of them and then push or pull the wire through. My local Good Guys always has a Lightning Blue Viggen parked out front that must belong to an employee. Maybe the employees at these places aren't all bad.
