All running problems of this nature first need you to pull and inspect the plugs to see whats going on inside the combustion chambers.
If the right plug and clean, regap to .035" or simply gap and install new plugs. This alone fixes many issues.
Clean the injectors with a 20 ouce bottle of Techron Concentrate.
Check the battery electrolyte levels and terminal post connectors for tigheness and condition.
