Since new, the upshift into second, and then into third is very difficult. Except at RPM around 4000, the shift is jerky, grinds or is so notchy that I feel I have to ease it in in two quick movements. Is it possible that there is no synchro going up in these gears? Please explain what could be going on and is this normal? Almost a 1000 miles.
Thanks,
Jeff
