Well as you know there aren't many Saabs in Dallas and even less places to service them. Isn't your 01 under warranty and the 30K service covered as part of the purchase? Most of the indys in town can't do the warranty work or Saab service -- only Sewell is authorized. Thats my understanding anyway so I think your stuck. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

I also think there is a shop in Addison that services Saab, but I can't remember the name. I have heard good things about French's, but thats in Irving.
Since all my Saabs have been under warranty I have only used Sewell. I always get a loaner which is nice - 50/50 chance its a Saab too. I like my service advisor, but some of the work I have had done there was sloppy, or at least not up to my standards, but overall Sewell's service is better than most.
What kind of Viggen do you have? I live in North Dallas by DFW. I have seen one or two around town, but not many. You can't miss mine since its one of the few (if not the only) Lightening Blue Viggen's in the DFW area or even the state of Texas for that matter.
