Dealer? Pretty much limited to International and VOB. I'd give the nod to International.

Non-Dealer. I've been using Scandinavian Import Service in Rockville for about 25 years. Have also used AutoScandia in Herndon and Pete VanDerVate's Precision Imports in Merrifield.
Have not used Viking Auto, but have heard good about them. Friend has used Scandinavian Auto in Falls Church and was happy.

Anyone can do the services. However, only dealers can do warranty work.
Most (more likely all) of the others will let you know if there is something which requires warranty so you can take it to the dealer.
