You should write a letter detailing your complains to the service department manager and cc it to the sales manager and Saab's customer relationship department. Furthermore, I would not give any future work (warranty or otherwise) to this dealership. That's the only way these place will wake up and improve their service. When you spend your hard earn $$, you should expect professional treatment.
