some problems with 9-3SS

Hello all!

My '03 93SS Automatic is 20 days old and here are the things I've noticed:

1. my cruise control doesn't hold the speed when going down "steep" hill (about 25 degrees and over)

2. trunk manual release handle on the back never works

3. when checking number of remote controls and which one currently is in the ignition works intermittently (will sometimes show on the SID sometimes won't)

4. CD gets stuck in the CD player. First 2 times it eventually came out
after several tries during several days, but this time I think it's stuck for good, I can hear it's trying pretty hard to push it out though.

5. Comfort open works (by pressing unlock button and holding for 5 seconds)
but comfort close doesn't

6. When on manual shift mode 3rd or 2nd gear (most noticable when down
hill) going about 20-30mph the gas pedal is released I can feel the car
jolts/breaks as if the "virtual clutch" doesn't kick in on time to release
the flywheel and make the transition smooth.

Anyone else noticed similar problems?
