You might find the plugs at a store, but do not let them talk you into another brand. If your dealer is near by, that works.

If those plugs are orignal, that could easily be the problem.

Go to any parts store and ask for Techron Concentrate. Make sure its states concentrate. The 20 ounce bottle will cost close to $10. Do not get Techron 'injector' cleaner. That is not as effective. Add to a tank of fuel when filling up. Read the bottle. It will clean the injectors and the combustion chambers. If you have Chevron gas in your area, use it, it has Techron in it. Fouled injectors create bad spray patterns that more often lead to hard starting than anything else.

To remove the plugs, you need to remove the 4 torx screws that hold the DI to the top of the engine, using the torx driver in the trunk. You should get some loctite blue to put on the those screw's threads when replacing as they tend to shake loose, and they do that no matter how much you tighen them. And you do not want to strip the tapped aluminum holes by overtighening either. To remove the plugs you will need a 6' extension, a small spark plug socket and a ratchet. All in 3/8" drive.

If the plugs are black or dark, you need new ones. But in a pinch, once you have them out, if you do not have new ones on hand, you can just set the gap and that can really help a lot if the gaps are bad. To close the gaps, carefully tap the ground electrode. Never pry against the center electrode to widen if you get it too tight.

You need some feeler guages to measure the plug gap so you know how to adjust them. The gap as purchased is too big. It would be best if you have someone to show you a few things the first time. Know anyone who does their own vehicle maintenance? You will also have to know how to tighen the plugs by feel unless you get a torque wrench.
