If you are worried, get a compression tester and know for yourself.
The chain jumped? From low oil pressure or fron a tensioner that was not working right, the root cause would seem to be lube/oil/mainenance related. So the rings and pistons cannot be expected to be perfect.
Chains in engines with good lube oil maintenace do not jump sprockets.
If the sprockets, chains and tensioners were not replaced, I would not be comfortable, as the root cause was not fixed.
Valve job done or needed? If the valves need work, it sounds like they were bouncing off of the pistons. So thats a bit more serious than redoing valve seats.
