Some dealers don't want to do it and some don't know what is going on. Mine said that I could turn off my drl's but the fogs wouldn't work. I found a posting after a little bit of searching on the site and printed it out and took it to my dealer in Minneapolis who seemed surprised that it worked. after the drl's are disabled you have to program the fog lights to the row settings. I did have to pay to do it since it was 4K miles old. I think my dealer charged me 30 bucks.
