So what would you rather drive, a chevy cavalier/opel vectra or a chevy malibu? The NG900/9-3 are based off of a 1988 opel vectra which was the european equivelant of a chevy cavalier. Vs the 9-3 ss which is on a modern day GM global epsilon platform?
I was in a similar situation a little over a month ago, looking to replace my old 88 SPG. I wanted a fun car so I narrowed it down to a 9-5 aero wagon or a viggen & I chose a viggen & it's been much better then I was expecting except for the torque steer.
I didn't consider a 9-3ss due to 175 HP for the version I could afford & I want more power then that.
