Drops right in, with good fit and no clearance problems! Immediate results in performance. I am planning to replace it with new ones periodically as well, though have not yet determined interval. I've heard about potential problems about re-oiling as well but don't know the details.

I just put this in couple of months ago, but have not had any problems yet. Also, I have not really changed my driving style and do see a little mileage improvement: almost 2mpg more. This is consistent with my past experience with K&N with my 9000 and also that there have been tests done with trucks using J&R Filters and assuming a same driving style there was 7-8% increase in mileage.
