It sits on the center console over the ignition switch. It has ignition key position printed in white in it: lock, off run ,start. On the back side of this is a 3 or 4 pin small electrical connector. To remove it, turn the antenna clockwise about 1/8 of a turn, then pull up on the antenna. It should come right off and you can see the electrical connector.
Make sure its pluged in.
