No this is the TB feed pipe. What was the multi part assemblage of the NG 900 T5 crudely cast aluminum and often mismatched TB elbow, the short rubber flex hose with two giant worm clamps and the 2' long aluminum pipe that heads down to connect at the IC outlet hose, is now one piece of long oddly contorting flimsy piece of plastic. Cost savings - you bet, weight savings - ditto.
So I can understand a victory for GM cost cutters, but this does not look classy or very durable, and the efficiency cant be the best due to ever changing volumes and diameter along the length. Inside finish - crude at seams with plastic boogers dangling on the interior that are too far down the tube to get out. This is not good.
