Installed them 45,000 miles ago and they are still great.
Zimmerman chamfers the cross-driled holes which they say serves two purposes: 1) chamfering relieves stresses at the holes, virtually eliminating possibility of the rotor cracking; and 2) the depth of the chamfer is a visual indication of rotor wear - when the rotor has worn to point of chamfer disappearing, it is time for new rotors.
