Doh! Tore out entire under-tray !

So I was tooling along on Friday up 45N to Dallas when pop-bang crumple... my entire front plastic under-engine tray plops out, taking my fog assembly, egg crates and whatever else goes under there out with it. If I hadn't been hanging on the wheel with both hands, it might've jerked the wheel into the ditch too! The tray (esp. the lower lip) had been a bit tattered with all the miles, (occassional flutter at 100mph+) but nothing so bad as to signify that this was imminent.
All the plastic is torn away on the bottom all the way to the start of the front wheel wells. The lower half of my front bumper is now just fascia with nothing beneath it.
As you might imagine, the present undercar aerodynamics make for a nervous feel on the freeway. Plus, it can't be good for the engine innards to get a constant shellacking from the bugs, road debris, etc. in the Texas summer.
Question: How do I even start fixing this? How much stuff do I need to replace? What if the bolt holes for the tray are ripped through? (I suspect they are, and that this is what encouraged the other bits and pieces to fall out). I had replaced the factory fogs with hellas a year or so ago, but all I have there now are a couple of sad-looking wires.
Oh, its a 99 9-3, 110k
PS if anyone sees any spare Saab front-end/engine compartment bits all over the road on I-45N near Corsicana, they're mine!
