To chip away at some possibilities...

Vibration could be lots of things, from unbalanced or bent wheels or unevenly-worn tires (did you rotate them) to any number of loose bits and bushing in your drivetrain/steering. How many miles on your car? Any incidents with curbs? You can test for some suspension problems by jacking your car up and wrenching on the front wheels. If the bearing and bushings are tight, you shouldn't be able to get it to slop around. Are there any noises associated with the vibration?

Your directional signal sounds like a flakey bulb or connection somewhere. Your directional circuit ties into your front, side, and rear blinkers. Any of these could be loose or corroded. I would suggest popping the bulbs out, cleaning the connectors, and reassembling everything... they are all easily accessible, and this would take about a half hour.

I just get wiper blades at the local autozone/advanced autop parts stores. They carry about 6 different wipers to choose from for our cars, ranging from cheap to exorbitant. I'm sure you could do a search online too..
