That's why I got rid of my 99. I noticed a slight leak in the front corner at about 70K (11/01)retorqued the head bolts then. Right before I traded it with 110K (12/03), it needed about 2L a week... Then one cold December morning PSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSST! Whatever was holding it all in burst. Drove it from Dover DE to Clarks Summit PA (200 miles) with no coolant... Damn thing didn't even overheat!
