If a towtruck driver pulled the top of the door outward to get his slim jim in, the top of the door might be bent outward slightly. My viggen made slight air noise in the same area over 80mph or so. I put the window down and shoved on the top of the door, with door open. That was just enough to get it to seal properly. I'm sure you could do the same (properly) by loosening the door hinge bolts and adjusting. As far as the door rubber..it's not a major problem. It's only pressed on so pull loose area off, squeeze it together some to tighten clip, and press back on. If those are the only problems..you're doing great.
